Separate job contracts

Pages on this site give general information. None of it is legal, engineering or insurance advice. Nor does it replace a written scope of work for your roof, or guidance from the building office serving your address. Codes are revised, so the current rule should be confirmed with the official source before any reliance.

Prices, statistics and rules here are attributed to named third parties and dated. We cannot promise those sources are complete or current, as we do not control them. Links elsewhere are a convenience, not an endorsement.
