The site and its request form are meant to be readable by all visitors. Set out below are the target, the known gaps and ways to reach us when something gets in the way.
Target
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA is the target. It is an aim, not a pledge, and no formal audit is claimed.
Practices
Ordered headings. Plain descriptions on images. Clear link text. Pages usable by keyboard. Readable text at larger sizes, with good contrast, is also a goal.
Known gaps
Some areas may still not measure up; an embedded form may behave differently with certain assistive tools, for instance. Linked pages on other sites are beyond our control.
Problem reports
Anything hard to use can be reported through the contact page or on (747) 206-2554. Mention the page and what happened. We will try to fix it or provide another way.
Phone alternative
The form is not the only route. A call to (747) 206-2554 with details of the roof is enough for us to take the request.
