Privacy policy

Updated October 2026

This page sets out the information Jacaranda Roofing receives from site visits and requests, the purposes it serves and the choices available to you. Plain English is the goal. Contact details at the foot of the page are there for any part that is not clear.

Collection notice

Three kinds of information come with a request: how to contact you, a brief account of the job and details of how you got to the site. They let us reply, discuss the job you raised and see which pages are of use. This section is the notice at collection for California residents, with every item shown in the table below.

Request form contents

Name, phone number, email address, job type and a message: those are the form's fields. You write the message yourself, so leave out of it anything our team should not see.

Visit origin

Each request includes details of the visit, which show the pages and links that produce requests: the starting page, the site you arrived from, campaign tags in the link, any advertising click identifier, and whether an AI assistant or AI search tool was the source.

Storage of visit origin

Storage is local to your browser, under the label lead_attribution. Details of the first visit are the ones kept, with expiry after 90 days. Browser settings let you clear them whenever you wish, and none of it is sent until a request is submitted.

Phone

Calls to (747) 206-2554 reach our team. The telephone carrier keeps separate call records. A name and number left in a message are used for a return call.

Our replies

Replies to your request, and questions about it, go to the phone number and email address you supply. A preferred method can be named, and a request to stop contact can be made whenever you wish. Automated text messages about the request may also be sent. Message and data rates may apply, and a reply of STOP opts out of them. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchase.

Analytics

Visits are counted, and page reading measured, by Google Analytics 4. It is active from the first page view onward until an opt-out. After an opt-out, data stops going to Google Analytics, and the analytics cookies the site can reach are cleared. The button below changes the choice at any time.

A basic per-page count also goes to our own traffic system, made of the page, the previous address and any link campaign tags. No cookie is set and nothing identifying is stored for it. Opted-out views are still counted, with an opted-out mark and without any visitor identifier made from them.

Global Privacy Control signals

A Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser counts as an analytics opt-out here. A choice made on this site comes first, ahead of the signal.

Connection security

Both the site and the path from the form to our intake system use encrypted connections. Since no system is completely secure, sensitive details should stay out of your message.

Recipients

Requests go to our intake system, home to our customer records, and to the team members who respond. Visit data reaches Google Analytics unless there is an opt-out. A hosting provider runs the site. A messaging service sends our team an alert when a request comes in.

Storage period

Each request is held during handling and afterward for as long as business needs and legal duties call for. Deletion is available on request, except where the law requires the request be kept.

Excluded information

No request is made for government ID numbers, health or bank information, or payment details, and the form contains no field for them. They should not be included in your message either.

California resident rights

Residents of California may request to know what personal information we keep about them, and may request its correction or deletion. They may also opt out of its sale or sharing. No one is treated differently for using these rights. Identity checks may be needed before a request is acted on.

Revisions

A change to this policy shows as a revised date at the top. Meaningful changes are explained here plainly.
